The Department of Family and Medical Leave in Massachusetts is still in the process of finalizing the laws surrounding this new Paid Family Medical Leave tax. The final Law will be posted July 1st, 2019 HERE.

Prior to that, they have been hosting a series of public hearings to get the feedback of the public.

The next hearing will be Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Picknelly Adult and Family Education Center, 206 Maple St., Holyoke, MA.
